Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days for domestic orders within the United States. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Responsibility

After an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered or lost by the carrier.
